We <<heart>> weddings!

Summer is traditionally the season for weddings. At Sea Bags, we are especially hyped because Lisa, our retail manager, married her fiancé this past weekend. We were reminded first-hand how many details are involved in planning that special day. Here are several ways to incorporate nautical accents while remaining environmentally conscious.

Weddings require keeping track of many details – not the least of which are beautiful flowers. Brides have given totes as bridesmaids’ gifts because a Sea Bag will definitely be used often and certainly remembered fondly. Consider a number to signify the date of the wedding.

Grooms gifts are easy too with these spacious shaving kits made from the vintage, reclaimed sails.

In-room gift bags are appreciated by out of town guests. Brides place wine totes stuffed with essentials, treats and local products to welcome guests in their hotel rooms.

Now admittedly a dress made from sailcloth is not for everyone. But it does prove how seriously we take our recycled sails and how much we enjoy weddings!
